Why choose De L'Au Dela?
Most fashion jewelry boutiques carry only cheap, made-in-China products. These products often tarnish quickly, break easily and worse, they often contain materials such as nickel, which irritate sensitive skin. When you purchase jewelry from De L'Au Dela, you are buying quality pieces handmade in Montreal with the utmost care! Each element is handpicked and examined thoroughly before becoming a part of your precious bracelet, earring or necklace. What's more, you are getting top quality at an affordable price.

What materials are used?
The quality materials that we use include glass beads imported from the Czech Republic, semi-precious gemstones such as quartz, mother of pearl, tiger's eye, turquoise, jasper and more! We use only real-silver plated, real-gold plated, or sterling silver earring backs and clasps to ensure that your skin is not irritated. Necklaces and bracelets are strung on nylon-coated stainless steel wire (highly malleable) to ensure durability and comfort.

How will I know if the bracelet will fit me?
Most bracelets are six to seven inches long when opened. If you are unsure of your wrist size and you have no soft measuring tape, take a piece of string and wrap it around. Mark off where you feel like your bracelet will fit comfortably. When you order, simply specify your desired size and we will customize the fit at no extra charge.

How can I place an e-mail order?
Simply e-mail your request to sales@delaudela.com. Please include the item name(s), your name, address and telephone number. For those in the Montreal area, delivery/pick up arrangements can be made. For orders from outside Montreal, shipping costs will be determined by weight.

What is ETSY?
Etsy is a website devoted to handmade products including jewelry and other crafts. Etsy is a safe and secure way to immediately purchase items from De L'Au Dela, without having to go through the e-mail process. Simply choose the item(s) you want, add to cart and checkout. Simple as that.

Can I try before I buy?
If you live in the Montreal area, meetings can always be arranged so that you can see the jewelry up close, with no pressure to buy. Just send us an email with your availabilities and we will set a time for you.

Do you offer free repairs?
We do suggest that you care for your jewelry, but nobody's perfect and accidents do happen, therefore repairs on all De L'Au Dela products are always free. (Plus shipping if applicable.)  Even if you happen to snag your favorite De L'Au Dela bracelet on a rock and break off the clasp, we'll replace it for free. That's just one more advantage of buying from us!

What about shipping?
We will ship to anywhere in the world, granted you pay the shipping fees.
